Serena Hahn, CEO, Envy Homes
Serena is the CEO of Envy Homes, LLC with 18 years of purchasing, operations, and construction experience. Serena graduated from University of West Florida with a BSBA in Management Information Systems. With a background in system management and an eye for detail, she’s used these skills to assist in managing the build process starting from design and helping all the way through to homeowners moving in. She brings a combination of production home experience but the detail and complexity of custom builds. Her passion is traveling and experiencing new cultures. She’s been to 31 countries and loves to bring an international flare to her projects with Envy Homes.
Ed Binkley, design director, BSB Design-Tampa
Ed Binkley has been instrumental in responsive housing design since 1985. He has a strong focus on designing single family and multifamily homes that live easy and smart. This strategy also focuses on how buildings come together, how the spaces in between are addressed, and how to create “community” within every project. Ed’s experience includes work with national and international green housing programs and the design of several demonstration homes that highlight effective design principles. He was the design architect for The New American Home® in 2005, 2007, and 2022 as well as the 2011 Green Builder Vision House in Orlando. Ed is a frequent national speaker and contributing editor to national publications in areas of housing.
Alyssa Johansen, Builders Design
Alyssa Johansen is the Creative Director at Builders Design, a nationally recognized design firm focused on model home and multi-family design. Alyssa received her design degree from Savannah College of Art and Design and has since produced work for some of the top home builders and developers in the country. In her current role she brings her vision and experience to the Builders Design team to achieve design excellence in the market. She is the interior designer of the 2022 New American Home.
